 In the event that you receive a product with any manufacturing defects or issues, we offer an exchange option within the specified time frame. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our exchange-only policy."

For the defective products, which you need to exchange, you are required to report the defect within 3 days of receipt of the product by writing to us on info@theomzy.com.

How to Initiate the Exchange Process?

  1. Customers should contact customer support by writing to us at info@thehomzy.com within 3 days from the receipt of product.
  2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
  3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused in the same packaging.
  4. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for exchange process. Without the above, exchange will not be processed.
NOTE:We shall not entertain any request after 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
